If you’re looking for a fun and interactive way to tackle homework after school, our Japanese Homework Club is a great option. Offered exclusively to students at Wellers Hill State School, students will receive help with their homework and any other extra-curricular activities from native Japanese speakers. Special Class - Week 10
This year in Week 10 we will be hosting a special interactive class in partnership with My Little Crayons. During this class children will have the opportunity to make their own non-toxic crayons while applying their Japanese language skills. Our creations during these lessons are perfect as gifts or for self use, and crayons can be made in various colours and shapes for children to enjoy. Classes will occur on Monday 9 September 2024 and Wednesday 11 September 2024 and will incur and additional fee. We will share more information about how to book for this session during Term 3.

Pick-up & Drop-off
Children attending Homework Club must wait at the Wellers Hill State School tuckshop area for collection at 3:00pm each day. Our teachers will then ensure all children are present before guiding them on a short walk to the Girls Guide Hut, which is located on-campus.
Monday Classes
Suitable for children in Year 1 - 6, our Monday classes will start from Monday, 15 July 2024 and conclude on Monday 2 September 2024. Classes start at 3:15pm and finish at 4:15pm.
Wednesday Classes
This class is suitable for children in Year 2 - 6. It is not recommended for children still in Year 1. Our Wednesday classes start from Wednesday, 17 July 2024 and conclude on Wednesday 4 September 2024 . Classes start at 3:15pm and finish at 4:15pm.
